Systems we currently keep running

The systems energy operations run on, built and kept running

We work with energy companies and state enterprises on the software their operations depend on — from the equipment on site to the reporting leadership decides with. One team, end to end, still there after handover.

We work with
  • Renewable energy providers
  • State energy agencies
  • Independent power producers
  • Industrial groups

WHAT WE DO

Four kinds of work, one team behind all of them

01

Platforms for core operations

The systems a business actually runs on, with the roles, approvals and record-keeping that regulated work requires.

02

Data that leadership trusts

Scattered sources brought into one reliable picture, then reporting people can open themselves.

03

Software that reaches the field

Readings from real equipment, collected reliably enough to build decisions on — even when the site connection is not.

04

Less manual paperwork

Documents read and checked against what the system already knows, so people only review what genuinely needs a person.

WHERE WE WORK

Close to how energy is measured, traded and billed

01

Certificates and market instruments

Registration, verification and transfer of rights, with the trail an auditor expects to find.

02

Contracts and billing

Contract-specific calculation and layered approval, ending in a document someone is willing to sign.

03

Plants, assets and storage

Readings from real equipment turned into monitoring an operator acts on, not a graph nobody opens.

04

Operations reporting

One version of what the operation did, agreed on before the meeting rather than during it.

HOW A PROJECT RUNS

From first conversation to a system in production

  1. STEP 01

    Understand

We sit with the people doing the work today and map what actually happens — including the parts no document mentions.

  2. STEP 02

    Shape

A scope, a shape for the system and a schedule you can hold us to, with the risks named out loud rather than discovered later.

  3. STEP 03

    Build in cycles

Working software in short cycles you can open and try, so priorities can still change while changing them is cheap.

  4. STEP 04

    Operate

Deployment in your environment, handover to your people, and support that stays available once the project is closed.

HOW WE WORK

Engineers who stay with the system

One team, end to end

The people in the first meeting are the people who design and build it. Nothing important is handed to a subcontractor.

Visible progress, not promises

Work arrives in short cycles you can open and try, so the schedule is something you can see rather than take on trust.

Still here after handover

Support with real commitments, and enough visibility into the running system to answer what happened and when.

WAYS TO WORK WITH US

Three ways engagements usually start

Fixed-scope project

A defined system on a defined schedule. Best when the requirement is already written down and stable.

TOR · fixed price · milestones

Dedicated team

Our engineers working alongside yours for a period, for roadmaps that are still moving while they are built.

monthly · your backlog · your rituals

Support and maintenance

For systems already live — ours or someone else's — with response commitments written into the agreement.

SLA · monitoring · improvements

WHAT HANDOVER INCLUDES

You should not need us to keep the lights on

Depending on a vendor to stay is a risk your procurement team is right to ask about. Everything needed to run, change and audit the system is yours.

  • 01

The running system, in your environment

On-premise, private cloud or a server you control — deployed the way your data policy requires.

  • 02

    Source and infrastructure definitions

Yours from the first commit, including how the system is built and deployed, not just what it looks like.

  • 03

    Documentation for whoever inherits it

Written for the engineer who arrives after us, and for the auditor who arrives after them.

  • 04

A support plan, if you want one

Agreed response times and a named engineer — an option, never a dependency.

FOR YOUR EVALUATION

Questions procurement usually asks first

Can you deploy inside our own environment?

Yes. On-premise, private cloud or a server you control. It is the same system either way, and the choice is yours to change later.

Can you work to our TOR and document standards?

Yes. Send the TOR and we map our approach onto it — including the parts we think are risky — before anyone talks about price.

What if the engineers who built it leave?

More than one person knows every system we run, and the documentation assumes the reader was not in the room.

Can we sign an NDA before discussing specifics?

Preferably. Most of our work sits under one — which is why the names of the organisations we work with are not on this page.

Start with a conversation, not a proposal template

Tell us what the operation needs to do better. If we are the wrong fit, we will say so early.
